These fruits are all carefully selected according to criteria of freshness, maturity, flavor… and are delicately prepared in order to preserve aromas, consistency and the richness of the natural flavors offered by the fruit.

At Favols, fruit work is applied with perfection and excellence using several techniques inherited from the great French tradition. Jams, compotes, condiments, chutneys, confits, filled fruits, semi-candied, in alcohol.
Favols’ mastery has no limit in knowing how to reveal all the subtleties of the fruit and the pleasures it provides, whatever the way to taste it.

Its partnerships with regional and foreign producers guarantee rigorous monitoring of quality, from planting to fruit processing in its workshops in Villeneuve sur Lot, in the heart of the most beautiful orchards in France.
Favols uses a specific manufacturing method: gentle vacuum cooking at low temperature.
This type of cooking has the advantage of preserving the organoleptic qualities of fruits and vegetables as much as possible: texture, color, and flavor.
In 2017, Favols obtained the Bio enterprise durable and Entrepreneurs + Committed labels which value all its efforts to be a responsible and as respectful company as possible.
